How the trip works
One of our professional team members will help you throughout your time in Sharm El Sheikh and make sure that all your questions are answered. Their purpose is to act as a guide and source of information – giving you the benefit of their local expertise.
As Sharm El Sheikh is currently an emerging market, it is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of the relatively low cost flights to get here. All accommodation is of a good standard and all visas & airport transfers will be taken care of.

What will it Cost?
At Pioneer Property we believe that when you view a property you need to be very clear what you are paying for. We aim to make your life and property purchase as easy as possible. You organise your flights and accommodation from the UK and we organise your pick up and resort orientation. As an extra service, we offer “VIP meet and greet service” including your Visas at the airport.
If you decide to buy a property from Pioneer Property, we will subsidise you with £500 towards the contract signature payment when you purchase your property. It is that simple!
