To Pioneer property

Mr Michael Foster and I holidayed in Sharm El Sheikh in December last year. Mike had considered buying property abroad for some time. We went into the Pioneer office in Naama Bay just to have a look what kind of properties were for sale. This is where we met Suzanne Salem and we were made very welcome. She was extremely pleasant and helpful in finding properties which we might be interested in and made arrangement to view several properties while we were on holiday. She explained the area and what was envisaged for the area in the future giving us a clear idea of where Mike wanted to buy a property. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very special.
When Mike had decided to purchase the property in Sunny House Nabq during the second week of our holiday on 22nd/23rd December, all the other relevant departments in Pioneer were made aware and all purchase information and potential rental information was given to us very promptly and all matters were handled professionally.

From the first visit to your office on 12/12/2010 next to Churchills in Nabq Bay when we met Suzanne Salem we were made to feel important and Suzanne has been our link at home and here. She has always been a phone call away and no questions seemed trivial to her and always helped straight away.

The company also deals with QDS furnishing and the staff at this source were a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was any bother from fitting the kitchen to furnishing the apartment, this service was excellent. Les was excellent with all his advice and measuring up etc.
When visiting the site, the people there would oblige in anyway and the snagging was nothing.
We started off with Suzanne being your sales executive and now we look at her as being a very good friend.
We can’t wait to use our apartment within the next couple of months.
