The entire property must be solely one of the following for the past 2 years:

Indoor sport and recreation
Medical or health services
Nurseries
Offices
Light industrial

Ideally vacant

We will however still consider tenanted property under certain conditions.

Size

1000-4000 sq ft.

Near local transport

Must be within 10-minutes to either a bus stop or train station

Freehold ownership

Must be the freeholder for the entire property
